The DRILLMAT 3000 is a cutting tool grinder that you can use with the JUNKER technology, for grinding twist drills made of carbide or HSS. The three base variants that allow individual adaptation, satisfying the most diverse requirements when it comes to twist drill protection. The individual structure of the machine provides the highest possible efficiency, regardless of the size of production.

Note that JUNKER also offers a sophisticated grinding solution when it comes to mass production, ranging from machining the blank through the finished twist drill. You can use this product to grind flutes, ridges in one clamping and you can mount up to four grinding wheels on the spindle simultaneously.
